IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Bright Healthcare will officially shut down all health plan operations effective 12/31/2024.  Mail received after this date will be returned to sender. The time-limits for claims and Appeals & Grievance items have expired in most instances. Federal regulatory requirements of the No Surprise Billing Act, Bright Healthcare members may not be balanced billed for services except for applicable member cost-share (deductibles, co-insurance, copays).

Bright HealthCare is no longer offering health insurance plans, including Individual and Family (ACA), Medicare Advantage, and Small Group plans.

Insurance coverage and operations ceased, and provider contracts were terminated on December 31, 2022 (except in Texas, where some policies were active until July 31, 2023).
