Conformance status
NeueHealth continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of neuehealth.com and its services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. NeueHealth is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on neuehealth.com fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not being aware of a barrier, or not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
